It is a new year and more than half of Americans want to lose weight. A quick diet is not the answer. Fad diets help you lose weight, but it is not a way to live the rest of your life. Some pills work, but you cannot take pills for the rest of your life. Finding a realistic diet may take time but in the long run it is worth it. Even though the right diet will work, exercise makes the diets even more successful.

The Fresh Diet is one of the easiest and healthiest diets around. Available in most major cities, The Fresh Diet is a way of life, not just a quick fix. The diet consists of freshly cooked meals delivered to your home daily in small coolers which include three meals and two snacks that are within your daily calorie count. Setting up an account is easily done online. First you pick out how many calories you should be eating, then you pick out your meals for each day. There are choices like breakfast burritos, lamb, salad with pan-seared tuna and chocolate covered figs. This is not a "starve yourself diet. The meals are made personally by a chef and are filling. Along with daily exercise you will lose weight fast and healthily. The Fresh Diet leaves out the guessing in what is good for you or how much you should be eating.
